Ingredients:
Cauliflower(pieces)-1
Maida(all purpose flour)-1 cup
Corn flour-1 tablespoon
Green chilies-2
Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder-1/2 tablespoon
Salt-as per taste
Oil-for deep fry
Garam masala powder -1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder-1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Food colour-optional
Preparation:
In a bowl add maida,corn flour, baking powder,salt,chili powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,water(1/2 cup)and mix it in to a paste.
Now add cauliflower pieces,curry leaves and green chilies in to the above mixture.
Add oil in a pan and deep fry the cauliflower pieces.
Enjoy cooking
