MUTTON KABAB

Ingredients:
Mutton(keema)-1 lb
Onion(chopped)-1
Green chilies-2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
Turmeric-1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder-1 tablespoon
Salt-as per taste
Egg-1
Oil-2 tablespoons
Garam masala powder-1 teaspoon
Curry leaves (chopped)
Coriander leaves (chopped)

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients above except oil.marinate it for 10 mins and make it in to small patties or any shape. Add oil in a pan and add mutton patties fry for 5 mins on each side in medium flame.
