TOMATO RASAM

TOMATO RASAM
Ingredients:
Tomatoes-3
Tamarind paste-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon 
Salt-as per taste
Green chili-1
Coriander leaves- for garnish
Oil-1 tablespoon
Rasam powder (mtr)-1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds-1/4 teaspoon
Mustard seeds-1/4 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Preparation:
Add oil in a pan and add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,green chili and curry leaves. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
Now add turmeric,rasam powder, tamarind paste,salt and cook for 2 mins.
Add water( 5 cups) and let it boil for 10 mins.garnish with coriander leaves.
