POMFRET (CHANDUVA) FRY

POMFRET FRY
Ingredients:
Pomfret fish-2
Oil-3 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
Cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder-1 tablespoon
Salt - as per taste
Corn flour-2 tablespoons
Pepper powder-1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder-1 teaspoon
Lemon juice-2 tablespoons

Preparation:
Marinate fish with all the ingredients above except oil for 1 hour.
Add oil in a pan,fry marinated fish for 5 mins on each side by closing the lid.
Tastes good with sambar or rasam.
