FISH FRY

FISH FRY
Ingredients:
Fish-2 lbs
Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Coriander powder-1 tablespoon 
Cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder-1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Salt-as per taste
Garam masala-1 teaspoon
Corn flour-2 tablespoon
Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
Oil-for deep frying
Preparation:
Marinate fish pieces with all the ingredients above except oil for 30 mins.
Add oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish pieces till golden colour in medium flame.
Enjoy cooking
