EGG POUCH CURRY

Ingredients:
Eggs-4
Onion(chopped)-1
Green chilies-2
Oil-1 tablespoon
Chili powder-1 tablespoon
Turmeric-1/4 teaspoon
Salt-as per taste
Curry leaves

Preparation:
Add oil in a pan,add chopped onions,green chilies,curry leaves and fry till light golden brown.Add turmeric,chili powder,salt and water (1cup).Then break eggs in to this(don't mix) and cover it with a lid.cook for 5 mins and carefully turn the eggs.cook until water evaporates.
