BONELESS CHICKEN FRY

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken -1 lb
Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon 
Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
Cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder-1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt-as per taste
Oil-3 tablespoons
Onion(chopped)-1
Green chilies-2
Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder-1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves- for garnish

Preparation:
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, coriander powder,cumin powder,chili powder,turmeric,salt and lemon juice for 10 mins.cook this for 10 mins or until the water evaporates by closing the lid.
Add oil in another pan,add cooked chicken and fry 10 mins.Add chopped onion,green chilies,curry leaves and fry for another 10 mins. Finally add garam masala powder and coriander leaves.

VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

Ingredients:
Basmati rice(cooked)-2 cups
Carrot(chopped )-1
Beans(chopped)-6
Green peas(cooked)-1/4 cup
Garlic(chopped)-5 cloves
Ginger(chopped)-1/2 inch
Green chilies-2
Oil-2 tablespoons
Soy sauce-1 tablespoon
Chilli sauce-1 tablespoon
Tasting salt(optional)-1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt-as per taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves- for garnish

Preparation:
   Add oil in a pan,add chopped garlic,ginger,green chilies,curry leaves,carrot,green peas,beans and fry for 3 mins.Then add soy sauce,chili sauce,tasting salt,pepper powder,and cooked rice.
   Add salt and stir well.cook for 5 mins on medium flame.garnish with coriander leaves.

GREEN BEANS FRY

Ingredients:
Green beans(chopped)-1 lb
Oil-1 tablespoon
Turmeric-1/4 teaspoon
Salt-as per taste
Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Mustard seeds-1/4 teaspoon
Cumin seeds-1/4 teaspoon
Dry red chilies-2
Garlic cloves-4
Curry leaves

Preparation:

   Boil green beans by adding water(4 cups) for 5 mins.strain the water and keep cooked green beans aside.
    In a pan add oil,garlic cloves,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,dry red chilies,curry leaves,turmeric,cooked green beans and fry for 10 mins.Then add salt,grated coconut and cook for another 5 mins.
