EGG PULUSU
Ingredients:
Eggs (boiled)-4
Onion(chopped)-1
Green chilies-2
Oil-1 tablespoon
Tamarind paste-1 teaspoon
Methi seeds-1/4 teaspoon
Chili powder-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Salt-as per taste
Curry leaves
Preparation:
Add oil in a pan,add methi seeds,green chilies,chopped onion,curry leaves and fry until light golden brown.Then add turmeric,chili powder,salt,tamarind paste and water(1 1/2 cup).Add boiled eggs and cook for 10 mins in medium flame.
