NATU KODI CURRY
Ingredients:
Natu kodi -2 lbs
Onion-2 medium size(chopped in to small pieces)
Ginger and garlic paste-2 table spoons
Coriander powder-1 tea spoon
Cumin powder-half tea spoon
Chili powder-1 table spoon
Turmeric powder-1/4th tea spoon
Garam masala-1 tea spoon
Salt-as per taste
Green chilies-2
Lemon-1
Oil-4 table spoons
Curd- 2 table spoons
Coriander leaves for garnish
PREPARATION:

Marinate chicken pieces with salt,turmeric,chili powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander ,cumin powder, curd,lemon juice and garam masala ( keep it aside for at least 10 mins). 

Add oil in a pan. Fry onions and green chilies.fry until onions become golden brown. 

Add marinated chicken and cook until water comes out from the chicken. 

Add some water(1cup). Close the lid and let it cook for 15 mins on medium flame until oil comes out. Garnish with 
Coriander leaves.
